I need the Overtime column to calculate for anything over 40 in the regular, but I need the regular column to change to 40. Can anyone help with this one? Do you know how to deal with it? Thank you in advance.
I am doing my class record, and i want the descriptive rating automatically displayed once the periodic rating are computed. You have to know which of the Excel If will work at what condition.
